When I try to save a fax with multiple pages only the
first page is saved. Is there a fix for that?

Save it?
Faxes are automatically saved in the Fax Console Inbox.
What are you trying to do and with what fax software?

dozens of faxes and I want to save them to client folders
to make it easier to locate them. I wanted to create
folders within the fax console itself in the inbox but
that doesn't seem to be possible. So I tried saving a fax
to a folder outside the fax console and that's when I
found it will only save the first page. It seems like it
should be a pretty basic function but unless I'm missing
something really obvious it doesn't work.-----Original Message-----

Odd.
Works fine here.
How are you doing this?

schellis said:Whoops! Sorry I sent the blank message - I hit enter
instead of tab. Anyway, I right click on the fax, click
on "save as", name it and save it to a folder. Then when
I go to the folder the .tif file is there but its only
the first page. The other pages are not there. I tried
saving it from the viewer window too with the same
results. By the way since I posted my first message I
have been getting literally dozens of messages that my
ISP has intercepted a virus. A few messages masquerading
as updates coming from Microsoft have gotten through but
I deleted them immediately. Is there a way to keep this
from happening?-----Original Message-----

I can't repro this at all.
Are you sure you aren't just failing to click on the arrows on the bottom
toolbar to see the other pages?
