saving multiple contacts

I have shared 100 contacts to another user. I have forwarded the contacts to
them.
How can they open and save MULTIPLE contacts (not having to open each one
and do save and new)?

Are these contacts in an Access database? or - as I suspect - in
Microsoft Outlook? If they're in Outlook, please scroll down the list
of subjects on the left of the screen and repost your question in an
Outlook newsgroup. This newsgroup is for a different program,
Microsoft Access.
