Saving movies

I just got a new computer, and when I went to use movie maker, it would not
allow me to save my completed movies. The reasons given were either: a. Not
enough space (I have 60 gb free), b. source files not available (I
reinstalled all the source files again just to make sure), c. destination not
available (I've chosen about every destination on my computer by now), d. it
exceeds the FAT32 file size (I'm running NTFS right now - additionally I've
tried test saves on very small movies).

I'm stymied as to why this is not working. Is there some setting that I
inadvertantly set that is blocking me from saving my movies?
