I have created a movie with 100 still pics and a short video all with music.
Complete file is ony 270meg (plenty of room still for a cd). However, when i
play it back in windows media player it will only play a handful of the pics,
all of the music, no video at all. it usually stops after 10 - 15 pics (
have saved it multiple times with multiple different results). I do not have
a dvd burner so i was trying to put it on a cd to take to Ritz Camera to burn
it to dvd for me but I can never capture the whole windows movie maker
project. Any ideas would be very helpful!!! Supposed to be a 25th Wedding
Anniversary gift for my parents which turned into a christmas gift because of
all the difficulties which now has turned into "I hope someday they can see
it", LOL.....HELP PLEASE!!!

Thanks to all who took the time, Leona!!!

I am having the same problem. I'm trying to save my project to the computer.
It records all the audio/music and only part of the video and pics. I've
tried saving my project as reccommended (.wmv) and also DV-AVI, which didn't
work at all. So I'm looking for an answer also. Thanks!

.wmm file
==================
Your.mswmm file is your project file...
it is only compatible with movie maker
and does not include the source files.

Try saving in a movie format...wmv or .avi.

To save as a .wmv movie file...
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next / Next.
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

To save as an .avi movie file...
(and several other options)
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next /
Show More Choices /
Other Settings /
Open the drop window and choose...DV-AVI /
Next /
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

More than likely, some of your source files
are not fully compatible with Movie Maker.
