Saving movie onto a CD

I am trying to save a movie that is 9 minutes long into a CD, and Movie Maker
says it will take 80 mb. When I click next, it says that the time required is
over 6000 minutes, and it never starts saving (it stays at 0%). I am not sure
why it is doing this. I recently saved a movie that is 15 minutes long and
took up 100 mb in a CD in less than 60 minutes. Is there any way to solve
this problem?

Thanks!
