Saving Movie Files for YouTube

Movie Maker only allows me to Save Movie Files to send to 2 webhosts that I
have no account with. I doubt they even exist anymore. Does anyone know how
to save videos with Movie Maker in the right format so that I can upload them
to YouTube?

the two services are neptune and mydeo, and yes they both still exist

you can't use that part of the menu to upload to YouTube.
