Saving Movie crashes at 36% every time

I'm trying to save a project as a movie to burn to a DVD with another program (MyDVD)
My project is only about 6 min long, and I'm choosing DV-AVI (I know - large file)
The progress stops at 36% every time, and "...unexpectedly terminates..."

www.Papajohn.org wasn't found! I was depending on that site!
 
Sorry Scott, the server is down at the moment. Hopefully it'll be back up
