saving Microsoft frontpage to another computer

Hi,

I use M/soft FrontPage to manage a web site at work. However I would also
like to be able to do this on my home computer at home. Could someone help me
by providing the details how to save my FrontPage /homepage to disk so that I
can work on it at home, and then transfer the day back to my work computer so
that the changes can be uploaded.

Hope I havnt made this confusing
