Saving Images

know there must be a simple fix to this but I'm at a loss as to how to
correct the problem. Whenever I go to save an image from the internet the
only option I have is to save it as a .art or .bmp format. Those are the
only two options I have. Does anyone know how that I can get more options
to show up?
