Fwiw;view source, find .swf, save as. Details probably depend on browser.

To really understand how this works you have to know Macromedia (now adobe)
flash....
however as mentioned before you can use this site

it will save the file to your drive then (you may have to rename the
extension to FLV), and use a FLV player to play it...
If you already have VLC it can play FLV not very well (no seek bar and it
doesnt work will all encoding settings)
but I would suggest you use this player that is the best I have found up to
date:
