Saving files problems...

All of a sudden, every time we try to save a picture from the web, even if it is a jpg or whatever type of file, we are only allowed to save it as a bitmap, or bmp....how can we change this, and what happened to make it start doing this??
 
Hi,

Try to empty your Temporary Internet Folders. This should allow you to
save as jpg.
