"Snap to" only works if the program's programmer set one button in a dialog
as the default, among the choice of buttons. If no default button is
assigned, then the mouse won't "snap to". There's really nothing you can do
about this, unless, of course, the programmer releases a newer version of
the product with defaults assigned.
