A few of my ppt naration files and a movie file are in
adifferent folder thanthe presentaion.
When I burn a copy of the presentation and run it on
another computer they are missing. How do you set up ppt
so all files are in the same folder?

Dick

You establish a "working" folder where your presentation is saved. As you build
your presentation, never add audio, video, or other external objects unless they
have been moved to the working folder. See the following:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a
presentation

Ok got that, now what about narration or voice recordings
I make in PPT, when do they end up when I save ?

Dick

You can embed or link narration files. If you link them, you tell PowerPoint
where to put them. They should go in the working folder.

Thanks Sonia.
