Saving Error "Can't Save Embedded Object"

My students, working on a Mac, have created a presentation for an autistic student. They have inserted recorded voice sound files and files from a CD coverted to AIFF sound files. Now they are getting an error message when trying to save (Microsoft Can't Save Embedded Object". Is there anyone out there who can help us solve this problem.
 
Your previous post two days ago received a reply. Basically, the advice is
to convert the AIFF files to WAV's and insert them as Sounds from File.
