Saving emails

I'm leaving my job would like to keep the emails in my
Inbox (incl. subfolders) and Sent items. Is there a way
that I can copy everything onto CD? I'm using Win XP with
Outlook 2000.

Hopefully you've cleared this with your employer :-) Just copy your .PST
file to the CD, or if you're using Exchange, export your data to a .PST
file.

Oh, actually, I should mention that you will need Outlook on another machine
to be able to open that .PST file once you've taken it with you...if you're
not going to have access to a computer with Outlook on it, you may want to
save the messages in a different format.
