Saving emails/folders to a file or disk

Is there a way to save your current emails to a disk or a file? I am changing
to a new computer and I do not want to lose the emails that I have saved. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!

Export them to a folder which you can Import on your new PC.

Tools > Export > Messages
