Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!

You have conflicting terms here. Outlook and Outlook Express are not the
same thing. Which are you using? Outlook Express comes with Internet
Explorer and is part of Windows XP. Outlook is a separately purchased item
and comes as part of Microsoft Office.
