Saving Email to a CD

I have created a sub folder in my in box. I need to purge these email with
attachment to a CD. how would I do that?

What do you mean by "purge"? To me, purge means to get rid of them (see
definitions 2b and 2c at http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/purge). I suspect
you really want to save them to a CD. Assuming that, here's what I'd do:

In Outlook, create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. Browse to the
folder where you'l like to create it (or accept the default). Give it a
file name (or accept the default), and click OK. Give it a display name (or
accept the default) and click OK. (Note: wherever given the opportunity to
specify a file name or other label, consider specifying one of your own
choosing to make it easier to keep track of the object.) Youll now have a
new Personal Folders file in your Outlook profile. You will be able to see
it in the Navigation Pane's Folder List view with the display name you chose
in the prior step.

Expand your Inbox with the plus sign so that the subfolders you created
show. RIght-click the first of those subfolders and choose Copy. In the
Copy Folder dialog that appears, locate the root of your new Personal
Folders, select it, and click OK. Do this with each of the Inbox's
subfolders. When you are finished, expanding the new Personal Folders will
show a copy of each of the subfolders you copied. Right-click the root of
the new Personal Folders and choose Close. This will remove it from the
Navigation Pane's Folder List view. Close Outlook.

Using Windows Explorer, browse to the folder where you created the Personal
Folders file. You can now use whatever CD burning capability you have to
place that file on a CD. With current versions of Windows, the File and
Folder Tasks section of WIndows Explorer should have an option to perform
the task or you can use add-in burning software like Nero or Easy CD
Creator.

To recover the contents of this PST later, if needed, copy the file from the
CD to your hard drive, then browse to the file on the hard drive with
Windows Explorer. Right-click the file, choose Properties, and clear the
Read-only flag. Then start Outlook and click File>Open>Outlook Data File.
Browse to the folder containing the file, select the file, and click OK.
You'll now have access to the data it contains.
