I am trying to save to a disk on a laptop so that I can
install presentation on network computer. Laptop does not
have cd burner. Both computers have Windows 98. I can
pack and go, but when I try to open it on the network
computer it says it is not available.

thank you

never save directly to a floppy disk! Save to your harddrive first and then
copy the file to the disk. If it is too large to fit on one disk, you might
use WinZip and "span" the zipped file across several disks (but have a pen
at hand to number them!).

And don't open PPT files directly from floppy disks, too. Copy the file to a
harddrive first.

Kind regards,
Ute
