Get this error message:

"FrontPage cannot save this document because a file with same name exists at
this location. Please enter a different name and try again."

I have been using FrontPage for years and was always able to make changes
and save them with the same name. I have reinstalled FrontPage 2003 software
using its repair but no success to solving problem.
Thanks

The error shows up as listed in my first message. I even tired save as and
get the same responce. If I rename the file it will save ok. But that means
each time I updaye a file page it will have to be changed on host.
Appreicate your help and interst in my problem

Where are you having this issue, your local PC or on the remote server? If the remote server, the
server may be out of temp space, so you will need to contact your web host.

I am getting problem on my PC and also on Web host site [when I have tried to
make a change using edit with FrontPage]-
To my current knowledge I am doing the same method of saving changes, but
get error message. I am thinking of trying FrontPage on another PC.

What happens when you actually open FP and open the site instead of editing
from the browser?

I have used your suggestions and removed two files. I have discover that only
one web file is bad and I can now save new changes to my files in FrontPage.
Thanks
