I'm trying to create calendars. I'd like to create a calendar of birthdays,
another for planning classes (I'm a teacher). Sometimes when I go to save,
the Save As isn't highlighted and I cannot save a different calendar. I am
using Outlook for my calendar - Office 2003, Windows XP. I'm getting
frustrated!:)

Calendars are folders. To create a new calendar, click File>New>Folder.
Give it a name in the Name field and change the "Folder contains" field to
"Calendar Items". In the bottom pane, point at the place you want to be the
root of the calendar (i.e., "Outlook Today" or "Personal Folders" if you
want it to be ion the same level as your other folders, or the Calendar
folder if you want it to be a subfolder of the existing Calendar). Click
OK. You now have a new calendar to use as you wish.
