saving calendar to web.

I want to share a calendar with other family members.

We are on a wireless network, not MS exchange, and using
Outlook 2002. Personal file sharing precludes us from
any other alternative but posting the calendar on the
web.

We have created a personal website with our ISP and
followed the Outlook instructions for saving to the
web ... but got the error "do not have appropriate
permission to perform this operation."

I'm sure it's something really basic that I'm missing.
Help!?
