saving attachments Can't!!!!

Virtually every attachment I get, the paperclip is greyed out and I cant
save the attachment! Even tho it is there! Im using office XP.
Can you help me, so frustrating is there an option i can undo?

If you really meant to say that you are using Outlook Express, then select
Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck the second box from the top
concerning attachments.
