Saving as mpeg1

When using movie maker, how can i save as MPEG1 file?
When I go to save as the option is not available. I want
to be able to open the folder on most computers such as
windows media player or quick time. Please Help me!!

You cant save directly to MPEG

You cannot. Save it as a DV-AVI and then use third party software to
reencode to MPG format.
