How do youIf i'm on a webpage & I want to save an animated
GIF. How do I do that? When I try to save an animatred
GIF, it just saves it as a pic & there is no animation to
it. thanks

Jeff

It will be animated when placed in an e-mail message (for example). You will
only see that after the message is finished and sent. Another way would be
to save them in Word as a.html document (web page), then if you enabled show
animations in web pages, you'd see the motion.

How to make a good newsgroup post:

To save the image, just right-click it and choose "Save
As." From there, if you have it on your computer, open
up Jasc's "Animation Shop" and you'll be able to see that
there are several images there - each slightly different.
If you don't have "Animation Shop" just go to the Jasc
homepage at http://www.jasc.com and you can download a
free trial version of it. Oh, and if you're downloading
the .gif's to put them on another website or to put them
on an email signature - they should animate themselves.
Even though they look like a single image through Windows
Paint, the whole file is there. :) Hope this helps!
