Hello, I am using Outlook Express in WXPH SP2. I sent a lengthy request
to
a company and saved it to OE folder. How can I send this request to other
companies with different email addresses ? Do I need to move this email
to
My Documents? If so, how do I do this from OE Folders? Or is this
possible
? Thanks,
What do you mean by "saved it to OE folder" and "how do I do this from OE
folders"?
If, by "OE folder" you just mean the "Inbox", "Sent Items" etc areas
appearing within Outlook Express, then just double-click on the message in
Sent Items, click on Forward, tidy up the text and subject as already
described then add the recipients, again as described. (This assumes that
you have a tick in "Save copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder"
in the "Send" tab of the Tools > Options dialog box of OE, which I believe
is the default.)
If, however, you mean a folder on your PC to which you have manually saved a
copy of the message, eg as a .eml file, you could just locate the file in
Windows Explorer, double-click on it to open it, then proceed as just
described with the forwarding, etc. (Although this would be received with a
raised eyebrow by most people, as a rather odd way of working!)
