Saving an OLE object in Word

I have chosen, Insert, Object and selected Paint Shop Pr0 6 capture screen.
I can see the screen shot in my Word document, but can, however, not save it.
The moment I click anywhere else I lose the pricture!

has anyone got suggestions please?
