Saving advanced search

In ealier versions og MS Office it was possible to save advanced search in
special files (filetype oss), but it is not possible any more.
Is there another possible way to save advanced searches which are used very
often?
 
I'm having the same problem, and I see this post has been answered.
Please shed some light here... :p
