Saving a webpage

When I try to save a webpage to my PC by going into File, Save As, complete
webpage I get the message the webpage could not saved at the selected
location.

Help please.

Hi B.W,
What Location? is it System folder or My Docs, and a sample for the website
will be helpfull.
Do you have the rights as Admin to do so!.
