Saving a presentation on the web from the Slide Show view

I am viewing a PPT presentation from a link on website. The presentation automatically opens in Slide Show. "Save Target As" does not work, as it only saves the link. How can I save the presentation to my computer?
 
Sometimes you can find a copy in your temporary internet files folder if it
hasn't been cleared yet.

It took some imagination (using Search and the file name in a roundabout way), but I found it, and was able to save a copy locally
