Saving A New Envelope Size

I have an odd size of an envelope. Every time that I go in and print these envelope I have to go into the options and pick the custom Size envelope. Is there a way after I change the custom size to the right size of envelope is there a way to save it and give it a new name?

Some printer drivers (mostly PS I think) allow you to define custom paper
sizes. If yours is not one of them, you can create a document template that
uses the custom size (but you can't access this through Tools | Envelopes
and Labels; you have to create an envelope document through File | New).
