Hello
I've just purchased a computer with Windows XP home SP2. I have been
playing with the windows movie maker and have not been pleased with the
outcome.
I have been using mpgs with a bitrate of 384 kbps and a frame rate of 29.
fps.
When I go to save it its settings are listed as WMV, 38 kbps bitrate, 15
frames/second, 216x 120 pixels etc.
Why this degradation in quality? IS there a way I can changes these
factors?
The help files say I can but I can't find out how to.
Please help as this is very annoying.
