saving a movie maker file

I am trying to save my movie and it keeps saying "cannot save movie to
specified file location. Make sure location is available etc. etc. I have
double checked that all files used in the movie are on my computer and made a
new file folder in my videos and it still does not work. Sometimes it will
say estimated time and that will rise up over 2000 minutes before I quit. I
have tried other short movies and it seems to work. it is only like 1.45MB
long (4min 40 sec) I am confused and frustrated as this is for work!!! Any
suggestions will help!!!
