Catherine

I have created a table with Text and Check Boxes. This
form will be used by another department to tick and
complete as and when required.

All seemed Ok until I viewed the document as a web page
and the left hand side of the screen is hidden. The A4 doc
does not print properly. I tried to modify margins without
sucess. Is there something I am forgetting.
I am new at using forms so can you please help me?
Thank you

Hi Catherine,

From which toolbar did you insert the Text boxes and
Checkboxes? Which version of Word do you have?

Just very briefly: if you want a web-page form, Word is
probably NOT the best tool to be using to set it up. Front
Page would undoubtedly be better.

You MUST use the Web tools toolbar to create a web-page form.
And you should start designing it in the Web view.
