Hi

I am wondering how to save a copy of a sent email to another account so that
I can check that people in the company are using the email facility correctly.

Sorry if this seems a basic query, but its doing my head in!!!

Cheers

Dear JAke,

I don´t know if I understand your question correctly, but if you need a copy
of every sent email you could create an Outlook rule.

a.) Copy of an email after sending into another "Public Folder":
"After sent of an email copy this email into "public folder sent items
user1"

or b.): Sent a copy of every sent email to another account:
"After sent of an email sent a copy to "email address/distribution list (as
CC)"

Thanks Oliver, that's sorted it out for me.

Dear Oliver,
I had the same question & it has got resolved. A small query though - when
the sent mails are saved to a pst folder, they are marked as unread(bold); is
there a way of making it look normal.

There seems to be no provision for marking outbound messages saved by a rule
as unread.
