Hi
Can one save a complete website (with all links) to the
HD to view offline? I've researched it on the web and
using "help and support" but none of the metods I've
tried seem to work, i.e., the main web page is accessable
but not the links. I've tried "make available offline" in
my favorites ( which takes forever) with basicly the same
results. Thanks.

Not with built in tools in XP. Front Page can do it. If using Make Available Offline remember to set the links to 1 or higher. This basically prefetches pages to the cache and is stupid.

Is certainly is possible in XP Home Edition

To learn how to achieve this open Internet Explorer & click on "Help", here you will see an option named "Contents & Index. Choosing this will open the "Contents" menu, then just click on "Browsing the web offline".
This will provide all the infomation that you need.:)
