Saved passwords

when I save a password to a program, say outlook, I check
the box to retain the password to be used the next time I
log in but my computer does not retain the password.
Suggestions?

** This fix also applies to Internet Explorer, other
programs that store passwords in the Protected Storage
System Provider sub-branch of the Registry. It also
corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and
AutoComplete.

No matter how many times you check the Remember Password box, Outlook/Outlook Express will refuse to save passwords for your account(s).

don't use any passwords.....your wife will make you open thos secret files
someday.....so why bother...
