I can create a view in my calendar in Outlook 2002 such that only
appointments etc which are relevant to Mrs X are on the screen. How do I
save this "filtered" view as a web page so that Mrs X can see that view but
not all the other personal stuff?

Use Edit | Select All to select all items in that view and copy them to another folder. You can then use the File | Save As Web Page command to publish that folder to the web.

create a view that filters out the things she shouldn't see (use categories
or the private flag to control this) and file, save as web page.

Doesn't Save as Web Page save the whole folder? I think it ignores any filter (unlike printing).

I was trying to double check it and the web crap isn't installed (so I can't
test it) and I can't find my cd to install it... which means at this point,
I have no idea, only my memory <g>
