I have a MSWMM file that is about 30 minutes long. It contains some jpegs,
some video clips, some audio clips and titles. When I try to save as a movie
file the software estimates (at last look) over 4 million minutes (and
counting) to save to a movie file. This is a bit longer than I am am willing
want to wait. Is there a better way to save this file so I can view it on a
dvd and watch from my tv?

Hello there,

There are sometimes problems with JPeg images causing very odd results
when you try to create the final video The solution is to convert them to
standard bitmaps...the problem "should" then go away...in addition if you
have any MPeg or MP3 files in the project you should first convert them to
AVI and WAV respectively. If you need a converter for the video go to my web
site and click on GREAT LINKS > KNOWLEDGE BASE > VIDEO HELP....that link
will take you to a great web site.

I'm having a similar problem except I'm using windows media audio files
instead of mp3s. Will those files also mess up the saving process? if so, how
do i convert them to an appropriate type file?

i converted my jpegs to bitmaps and it may have helped a little but saving
is still really slow.

please help!!! thanks!

Hello,

No, WMA files of themselves will not cause problems but errors in your setup
might...and its a very small might....If you have any doubts there is no
problem with converting them to WAV
