All of a sudden, PPT is not prompting me to save a presentation to which
I've made changes.

Instead, it will just close and all changes will be lost (that have not been
autosaved.)

Any ideas to fix this?

Might want to tell us which version of PowerPoint is giving you problems.
Make sure you have all the updates for your version installed and do a
Detect and Repair.

I do have a number of add ins, including yours, but I've had them installed
for a long time before this problem surfaced:

PPT Extreme
PowerConverter
Flashback
MOtionPath Tools
PPT Tools
Toolbox
Shape Console

Couple of ideas...
- Are you out of disk space?
- Have you re-booted lately?
- Got Fast Saves turned off?
- All presentations or just one?
- What happens if you open a new presentation, make some changes and close
it?

If that fifth question doesn't repro the problem, I would tend towards a
corrupted presentation file. Same if it is just one presentation, not all of
them. IN this case, try opening a new blank presentation and using Insert
Slides from File to add the old slides and see if things get better.

I believe life is meant to be lived. But:
if we live without making a difference, it makes no difference that we lived

I did reboot, have enough disk space, fast saves turned off, it's happening
to all presentations...

And when I create a brand new doc, put in fresh content, even just text, I
still get the same issue of no prompt.

I just did detect and repair, and still the same issue...

Have you tried unloading all the add-ins and confirming that the problem
existing even after doing so? At least that would eliminate one of the
add-ins as the cause.
