Save presentations to CD (PowerPoint 2000) - urgent

Hi,

Again this question but it's really urgent.

I use PowerPoint 2000 and have created 2 presentations
(they include sound, some video etc.).
Now, I would like to have them on the CD - the problem is
that when I start the CD I see all the files used in
presentation.

Is there a way to save your presentation to CD and show
only presentation, while data files are either hidden or
in the separate folder?
Thanks in advance.

Hmm, I have a similar problem - I think you have
missunderstood the question though, when the autorun goes
it is going to open powerpoint, the user then has to
select to play the presentation, what I am wanting to do
is have it so the user can put the CD in and the auto run
automatically starts the presentation.

ie. just show the presentation and bypass selecting to
play

I've looked at that but I am looking for something that
has no price tag attached to it :)
My question is more about hidding the data files - I
already have everything on the CD. But, I don't want to
see all the data files - at least not listed together
with the presentations.

Is there a way to save everything to CD and have data
files in a separate folder from the presentation.
So, you put the CD in and when it opens you only see 2
icons for the presentation and folder that holds data
files.
It works on my PC, but when I save it to CD it doesn't.

Thanks

Then see

.. That's

If you change the organization of the files, i.e. put them in different
folders, you will break your links.

If you want to make the CD autorun, see the information I referenced in my
original reply. Echo's site details how to do it yourself.

Cleo -
I posted a suggestion here way back on 3/22/04 called "For All
Making Autorun CD's" that you may want to check out. (Basically
use the free Quick Menu Builder side-by-side with the Pack and Go
feature of PPT - will have a menu & open in Show...)
