When I do a 'Save Picture As', the file type defaults
to '.bmp'. Also, when I do a 'Source' to see a pages
code, there are no results.

First, this only occurs when I am connected to the
Internet. Both function normally when offline.

Second, I have performed the following actions and none
resulted in correction of the problems:

- Cleared the Temporary Internet Files.
- Cleared 'Damaged' files from Downloaded Installed
Files.

There is no indication of what to do next to attempt
fixing the problem. Any suggestions?

Delete the History folder and index.dat:

If the problem persist, type "regsvr32 /i mshtml" and "regsvr32 /i shdocvw" in the RUN box.

Also, allot more space for TIF.

delete cache and history, add space for temporaryy
internet files from TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS then buttons
DELETE FILES and CLEAR HISTORY, I somtimes suggest
Deleting cookies. After that, close browser, re-open
browser.

I've found the answer to my problem. I've upgraded to
ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering and found that if I turn
off ad blocking all works well.
