If you have the full version on Adobe Acrobat (not just the reader) than you
can select a PDF as a printout option.

Hate to poke anybody who's suggesting one of our addins but Prep4PDF only
converts slides to PDF, not notes.
I haven't heard of anybody making interactive presentations using notes pages,
and since Prep4PDF's main value is in preserving interactivity, there didn't
seem to be much point. <g>
Printing directly to the Acrobat PDF driver (Adobe PDF or Distiller or
Distiller Assistant ... names change between versions to protect somebody or
other) will do 'er.'
