Is there a way to save a web page and then all the sub pages linked to it
(in IE7)?
I remember IE6 used to be able to do that.

No, save for offline viewing is not available in IE7.
But, these 2 free programs can do what you want to do:
WebReaper http://www.webreaper.net/download.html
HTTRACK http://www.httrack.com/index.php
Hope this helps,

Not from IE7 but you can still do it using Windows Explorer.
The way I do it is open %windir%\Offline Web Pages with the Favorites bar (Ctrl-i).
Then drag a page you want to save from the Favorites bar to the folder area.
Then right-click on the "saved Favorite" and customize it however you want.
It still works, just a bit hidden.
