Save Label Report to Word

I've created a report using the Label Wizard, creating a custom label
format, 4 to a page, to be used as "On Sale" shelf tags in a retail store.
Using the rectangle tool from the toolbox, I put boxes around a couple of
the fields to make them stand out. Then I export the report to Word using
the Word link, because some descriptions need to wrap and they don't always
wrap correctly, so I correct those few in Word. However, the rectangles
don't show up in Word, but the rest of the information is fine. Does anyone
know how I can make the rectangles also transfer to Word?

Also, I'd like to use other designs around the fields that are not in the
toolbox, like an explosion bubble surrounding it. These are available in
word but I print 100 of these labels at a time and it would be cumbersome to
add to every label.

Thanks,

Rick Brown

The "Publish with Word" option generates rich-text, so graphics are not
included.

If you want a more graphical output, create the setup in Word. It can merge
the data from an Access table or query.
