Thank you for your reply. Let ne be sure I am clear, I
want to take the cd to the Apple and project it with a
ppt projector, I assume the projector takes any thing on
the computer screen and projects it.
That's correct. Anything that appears on your Mac's screen will also be shown
on the video projector. You'll want to set the Mac's screen resolution to
match that of the projector.
The earlier advice about AutoRun CDs is not applicable to Macs.
I'd create a new folder for the project, then publish your PPT presentation as
HTML to that folder. It'll create an html file of the name you specify and a
whole folder full of other support files. You'll want to make sure that you
move both the main HTML file and the support files to the Mac; the support
files should always be in a folder within the same folder that the main file's
in.
I'd avoid using filenames with punctuation or spaces (though under_score and
dash-characters are ok).
I'd also try to test this first in several browsers on the Mac. Safari's a
very popular Mac browser but some of PPT's HTML tricks may not work well in it.
