Save FP form results to database - can it be done on a Unix server?

Do I need a Windows hosting account that supports ASP pages to be able
to have a FrontPage web that has a form that will save results to a
database or can it be done on a Unix / Linux hosting account?

In order to use the FrontPage db features, yes. FP won't recognize
third-party implementations of ASP, like the ChiliSoft version that runs on
UNIX.
