Save entire Webmail program to revert

I may have to revert my entire hardrive back to get rid of a possible virus.

Is there any way to save, or burn my entire Webmail program, messages,
settings ect, maybe to a disk or other drive?

For some webmail programs, the messages and the settings, but not the
program. What webmail program do you use?
