I have to reformat my hard drive (for unknown reasons)
and I would like to save my existing saved emails and
address book contents to a CD-RW so I can put them back
in place once the reinstall of Windows XP Pro is
complete. I'm assuming there is a way to do this, but I
can't seem to find any articles advising how. Please, if
you're kind enough to respond, explain in detail how one
would go about accomplishing these tasks. Thank you in
advance for your time and assistance.

Regards,

Jason

Depending on your OS go to c:\windows or c:\winnt and
find your .pst file. Burn it you CD and after your
reinstallation, open Outlook, go to File\Import-Export
and import that .pst flie from the CD.
