Save document automatically

Yes is there away to save a Word document that's created in 07 to 03 version.
I have a document that I created in 07 the only thing is that co-workers in
the office don't have 07 they have 03 so when they try to open it says they
have to download the campatible.

Save As Office97-2003 format. Provided you have not included any of the
newly introduced features of Word 2007 (not Word 07 - that's something
entirely different) your co-workers should be able to open it with the
proviso at http://www.gmayor.com/Problems_opening_2007_docs.htm

Save As to 97-2003.doc format in the file type box instead of just Save.

I just thought there was a way to save it automatically where I wouldn't have
to do it that way each time I edit document.

Go to Office Button | Word Options | Save and select Word 97-2003 Document
(*.doc) in the "Save files in this format" dropdown.
